Hylton House Trust Fund aims to provide grants to support individuals with cerebral palsy or other neurological conditions to support the purchase of equipment or towards activities that make a significant impact on a person’s health and wellbeing.

Who can apply?

Applications are invited from social workers or other health care professionals working in related fields supporting clients living in:

  • County Durham
  • Darlington
  • Gateshead
  • South Shields
  • Sunderland
  • Local authorities that made up the County of Cleveland

Examples of the equipment or activities supported are listed below:

  • Domestic equipment
  • Specialist equipment such as communication, mobility, or sensory
  • Training
  • Therapy including travel costs
