Who we work with

County Durham Community Foundation works with a wide range of people and organisations to help them make a difference in County Durham and Darlington, although our expertise doesn’t stop there! Thanks to the wide reach of the Community Foundation Network we can also help local people who would like to give their support regionally, nationally or even internationally!

We work with individuals & families, companies, trusts, public bodies and local authorities to run grant-making funds that are bespoke to the needs of each fund holder. Whilst each of our funds are unique, these pages should give you an idea of the way in which we could help you with your charitable giving, no matter who you are and what your level of giving is.
