Here at County Durham Community Foundation we are dedicated to helping communities grow by creating opportunities and tackling issues of disadvantage and exclusion. But we need your support to continue our vital work with local community groups and individuals in County Durham & Darlington.
With this in mind we have launched a Supporter Scheme which will bring benefits not only to the local community, but also to you and/or your organisation. The benefits on offer include:
