Funding is available to community and voluntary groups located in County Durham and Darlington that have been in existence for at least two years, and have experience in running winter programmes for elderly and homeless people. Please read the guidelines attached to the application form to find out if you are eligible to apply.
We will fast track applications in order to support those in need at this time and over the coming cold Winter months.
You may apply for a Surviving Winter Appeal grant even if you have another active grant application with County Durham Community Foundation.
